About this app
SendSized is an Android app presented under the Rook & Button brand. This policy describes version 1.0.0-rc2, package com.rookandbutton.sendsized. It has no user-account service or advertisements.
The app does not send your saved records, device identifiers, or usage information to developer-operated servers. It contains no advertising or analytics integration.
Data used on your device
Copies of the pages you select, generated PDF or JPEG files, document drafts, file names and output settings, export history, saved requirement profiles, and appearance preferences. The app processes selected files locally to crop, rotate, order, render, and compress pages and to verify output size. It does not read files you have not selected through an Android provider.
Permissions and system features
No Android runtime permissions are requested. File access is limited to selections or shares you initiate through Android.
Sharing and copies you choose
You can save a chosen generated file using Android’s document picker or share that file with another app. Sharing grants read access to the selected output. Originals are not overwritten. Completed documents can be saved individually; draft pages and profiles have no portable backup format. Receiving apps, camera apps, browsers, and document providers operate under their own policies. A provider you select may synchronize files outside your device. This app does not control those independent copies.
Storage and security
App records are held in Android app-private storage. Automatic Android cloud backup and device transfer are disabled. Protect your device with a secure screen lock and keep exported files in a location you trust. Ordinary backup files are not an encrypted vault.
Retention and deletion
Remove drafts or completed exports using their in-app controls. Clear Android app storage or uninstall to remove all private copies, profiles, history, and preferences. Files saved outside SendSized or shared with another app are independent copies and must be removed separately.
Additional details
PDF imports are rendered as images in the output copy. Text layers, forms, links, and digital signatures are not retained in that new copy. Selecting a cloud document provider or a recipient app can involve that provider’s own data handling; SendSized has no developer-operated cloud service.
Purchases and support outside the app
If this app is offered as a paid download, Google Play handles the store transaction under Google’s policies. The app does not receive payment-card details. Messages you choose to send to our support or privacy addresses are handled separately from automatic in-app data collection. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, or unnecessary private documents in a support request.

If you choose to email us, the studio and its email provider receive the address, message, and attachments you send. Correspondence is used to respond and keep relevant support or business records, subject to applicable retention obligations. You may request deletion of correspondence through the privacy address. We cannot retrieve or remotely erase records kept only on your device; use the deletion controls described above.

We will update this policy and its date if the app’s data practices change.
